Who's Online - With a Difference

I would like to have a "Who's Online" thing on my forums underneath like

Username
User Title

<Avatar>

Posts: xxx
Location
Etc

I'm Online/I'm Offline

This is possible, i cant find it, i seen it on some forums before please help.

i dont know how, the only thing i know about PHP is it starts with <? or <PHP
