Spam from 163.com and tom.com

I've been bombarded with spam email from 163.com and tom.com through the contact form. They are bypassing human verification. I have put those domains on the ban list and also disabled the contact form for non members. I'm still getting spam from them. I'm now deleted all members with registered with those domains (I've checked and most of them have hardly posted).

Anything else I can do? Recommendations?

We've been trying to get Chinese people to visit our forum so I hope this won't hurt that campaign. :-(
