divider between thread title and threat content?

hi,
I have vb 4.14 and i noticed that the thread title and the thread content is currently display as if they were in one paragraph. it's missing a horizontal divider like in previous VB releases

eg.

vb 4.14
TITLE BLAH BLAH BLAH
post content here xyz

previous vb

TITLE BLAH BLAH BLAH
____________________ <== it has this divider to separate content from title
post content here xyz

.postbitlegacy .title, .eventbit .title {border-bottom:1px solid #333;}
