Import articles from joomla to vB CMS

Anyone know a way to import articles from joomla 1.5 to vB CMS?

They two are already bridged so all the users are the same, Just a matter of porting over all the news articles that have been written over the years. If It can't be done then I'll have to stick with joomla.

Its a big enhancement to have all comments come up in vbulletins new posts function, so I understand the motivation to migrate your articles. But it will likely cause a serious SEO hit.
