Hello all

I have a new forum (which has been running for a couple of months) and the last three weeks I am getting about five new members each days who are just spammers with advertising threads.

Is this a common problem?

What do people do to stop this without not allowing new members?

Have you enabled Re-Captcha in your admincp? You could also add a question and answer. Also make sure that email verification is on.
