I dont know what happened :(
but all images are not showing...
even i changed the theme and reinstall old one but same problem

Switch your CSS to be back in the database, not in the filesystem.

AdminCP > Settings > Options > Style & Language Settings > Store CSS Stylesheets as Files? > No

it is already set on " NO " as default ....

in your AdminCP > Maintenance > View PHPINFO
Look at disabled_functions do you see base64_decode listed?
