I'm looking for a mod that will remember what my members have read, so each they go to the forum they do not have to read old posts.

ie: it would be nice if there was a place to show you the new posts in each forum and once you read them they are gone, unless you want to pull them up again. I do not want to go into the forum each time and hit the last post button. I just want to see whats new. Anyone have any ideas.

thank you in advance.

Maybe a little more explaining. When I go to the forum I would like to have a place that shows me the forums that have new posts. Once I see those I can go to the last unread post and the forums I want to read.

Have you ever tried "New Post" feature which comes along with vbulletin ?

Yes but that does not really work like I want. The first part is fine, but I want to be able to click on the forum and it takes me to where I last read, Right now it does not do that only the last page or last post. thanks for repsonding though.

Sorry but seems that I don't understand the point.

If you go to any forum (example: in vbulletin.org).

The new thread will have their own "new" icon and text is bold.

The old thread which you have read is simply text.

Isn't it enough ?

before I set up the vBulletin I ran this old conference software that did exactly what I am trying to explain. Everyone love it and vBulletin is not like that and my guys do not like that part so far.
