well what do you mean by forum blocks? Do you mean like a module so it can integrate with vbadvanced?

What is in a welcome user block? Just write a custom html block, or php block, and say Welcome to your user.

what we did for or welcome block on our site is make a module for unregistered users and made it so only they can see it. Then we made another block and made it so people that arent of the organization can see that block and then for members of the organization we made a 3rd block that only they can see

If that is what you are asking about i could help you out

Yea Im looking for welcome user/login for my forum block, not vbadvanced.
I use vbadvanced for my index but use forum blocks for my forums (http://www.metallifukinca.com/forums.php)

You may want to see this thread I posted on vbulletin.com. It has some simple examples on how to do things in there. Creating an HTML or PHP Block (https://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php/371709-Creating-an-HTML-or-PHP-Block)
