2- AdminCP >> Styles & Templates >> Download / Upload Styles >> Upload NGU.xml
3- Its now all installed !

finnaly got this to work :D but was dissapointed that the nextgenupdate.com than ran across the BG was still there :( so i uninstalled

I like the style and theme but it says 3.8.7 but its for 3.8.6 I installed it but it looks basic Is this for my version?
