Visitor messages tabs

Hello.

I am wondering how do i hide certain visitor messages tabs that are places upon installation off certain mods. Like vBshop, dbTech likes thanks and dislikes.

Please tell me how to do this thank you.

Note : I have looked through the settings of the specified mods that are showing and cant seem to find an option to hide these. Ive looked through all vbulletin options also. Maybe it is on the templates but there is so many i dont know what one
