How to create a new page?

I am trying to make a new page to my site i.e. www.mysite.com/amazon.php

How do I add it? Or please lead me to the link that explains it.

I was just reading that but I guess I am a complete moron cause I can't figure out how to create a file. I know how to create the template.

To create the file you can use notepad. When saving the file at "save as type" make sure it's set to 'All files' and the name of the file should end with .php

It loads empty file
