Remove 'Powered By Vbulletin' in title (XML)

Remove "Powered by vBulletin" from Your Page Titles.

Important notice:
As per vBulletin's license agreement, you are not allowed to remove the Jelsoft/vBulletin copyright in the footer of your forums unless you have purchased vBulletin's branding removal option (currently $120). The above instructions are intended to help you remove "non-contributory" ("powered by vBulletin") text in your forum's title to possibly help improve search engine positioning.

Installation:
-Import XML file (as product) through AdminCP: Plugin System > Manage Products > [Add/Import Product]

To set options:
Go to: vBulletin Options > LOGECT - Remove Powered By Vbulletin in title

I'm not sure why anyone would need a plugin to do this. Just edit the phrase "x_powered_by_vbulletin" and change it to read just "{1}" as your link correctly states. It doesn't ghet much easier than that.

Here's how I did it a while back:

$vbphrase['x_powered_by_vbulletin'] = str_ireplace('- powered by vbulletin','', $vbphrase['x_powered_by_vbulletin']);

It's not for the footer....

Also note that you are not allowed to remove the copyright in the footer unless you have purchased a branding free license

ALL I DID was create free banner with one of the free banner maker and put it where the vbulliten is. make a custom forum logo for my site. easy as 1,2,3.... The pic in my signature is a minuter pic of my forum logo..
