My host has a updated its ToS with
INFORMATION Please do not send more than 25 mails (including CCs and BCCs) per 5 minutes. Sending mails in mass amount or spamming can lead to disorders in your mail system. Please do take care. Please ignore if you are not using [WEBHOST]'s mail service. Thank you.
I use myname@gmail.com in website's support and other contact details. So if there are more than 25 mails sent for thread subscribers, will I get banned?
