which Adsense plugin is this ?

Can someone please tell me which AdSense plugin this is ? I saw it with another forum.

I didn't even know this was legal. I thought the AdSense ads must only appear within the block sizes their attributed to. (728 x 90 , etc ) ?

I tried emailing the admin, but they didn't email back..

yea, but then the "AdChoices" and other logo crap should still come up. Like the arrow symbols as well, right ?

how do they get away with that ? I could see how that could increase click through rate...

so if there's a plugin for it , I want it. Or maybe it's developer API type stuff for Google Adsense ? (if it even exists... ? )
