Just Started awhile back, and I've finally found what was the missing ingredient for the purpose of the site.
The Guild (http://guildforums.net) - The Guild is a place where webmasters may get trained and share experience, and innovate the web with communities!

Thanks, I agree. Promoting seems a bit hard, I guess registration is the hardest part about my site.
I'll give you feedback when I can. You can also get a full review by The Guild if your up for the review that is. But you have to be registered and qualified.

The CMS page, there are 3 content pieces showing. It feels kind of weird that they do not cover the entire width of the layout and are centered. I felt like this should be split into two columns of content or the width should be 100%.
Other than that, the skin is nice. The Home/Web Articles/Welcome to the Board menu is somewhat hard to read. I feel like the notice background color does not fit with the theme.
Forums page looks nice. Perhaps you could consider adding a gradient or separator between different forums like you have on the forumview with the thread listings.
Postbit looks nice and clean.

Thanks.
There is a few fixes here and there. I'm trying to find time to fix them.
Thanks for the review, I'll try to update it as soon as possible. :)

Your CMS page has blank space on each side of the articles. From an outsiders view this could look like something is missing.
Other than that doesn't look to bad.
