Product did not uninstall

I installed a product and now have uninstalled it but it still remains on my site.
How do I remove it?

Remove the files if it came with the files.

Go through the installation instructions backwards. That means to remove all files you were instructed to install, and all template edits, any products, etc. You need to go through them and undo each step.
