I used the Tweet Button code generator at Twitter to get the Javascript to add a Tweet button to threads. When tweeting the thread, the shortened URL is missing a slash, which breaks the hyperlink.
For example, a URL for a thread is like this:
http://shoutstreet.com/showthread.php?37-Welcome-to-78759-and-Surrounding-Areas
The Tweet button is removing the / just after the .com when it shortens the URL.
I posted this at the Twitter bug reporting site, but thought maybe someone here has some experience with this issue.

It works, but shouldn't be necessary.
