my website is bcaquaria.com and direct link to a example of member albums that are not showing up at all is here: http://www.bcaquaria.com/forum/members/fishdragon-1925/albums/discus-sale-2011-summer-195/

No clue on how to fix it or what to look for.. i think it may have something to do with where it's store... database vs file manager... i think it's all located in the database right now, but i don't understand why it does not show up at all. I did a full cpanel backup.. and everything else works fine.

Any help much appreciated.

What does it say in admincp > user albums > album picture storage type? That should tell you were they are being stored.

Disable vbseo from your admincp. See if you can then view the albums.

Move pictures into the file system without direct access to thumbnails is the option currently.

I disabled VBSEO and reloaded page and it made no difference, cannot see album pictures still

Look above that. It will tell you what the current status is of the album images - either tell you they are in the database, or tell you the path to them in the filesystem.

Then I would optimize/repair the tables. And have you tried rebuilding the thumbnails under User Albums > Rebuild Thumbnails?

Hey there,

thanks for the continued help. I have done that previously before asking for help on this thread. Hoping for another shot i tried it again and no luck unfortunately.

Have the album images always been stored in the database since before you moved servers - ie. you didn't move servers and then switch to store them in the database?

Do you still have your database backup? Try importing the database to a test site and see if you can see the pictures then.
