I need a banner/logo please

I am horrible at making graphics of any kind, so I wonder if all you amazing banner designers out there could help me with a banner for my CMS and forum. The site is http://onlylasvegaslocals.com .. Im hoping for a logo or a banner with a Las Vegas or desert theme that will take the place of the vBulletin logo at the top left of all my pages.
