If you didn't notice the border around the last post is off. I have been trying to fix it, but nothing seems to work. I am sure that someone with more experience can fix this.

Wow, everything is on the left side, on your website. Is that what you're trying to fix?

No look at the forumhome. Look at the last post. See how the border doesn't go all around. It just keeps going up for some reason. :lol:

It has to do with the subforums I think it only happens when there are sub forums. (I edited out the sub forums for team forums and added them in the description, thats why theres colors)

Is the div opening and closing properly?
Are you familiar with firebug very useful tool for this sort of problem

It does look like its closing properly. Which I dun understand why it isn't working.

You need to clear your div. Change:
<div style="background-color:#FFF;border: 1px solid #039;">
To :
<div style="background-color:#FFF;border: 1px solid #039; clear:both;">
