Vbulletin download manager

Is there any type of download/upload area comparable with IPB's Download Manager? Didn't see any third party add-ons for 4.x that replicated that functionality and I'm nearly positive there's nothing official?

Not sure what your looking for but this works great...
I use it on my forum and it gets incredible traffic, not to mention it also gets indexed by google.
