How to change the amount of allowed pics in posts?

I cant see it for looking, Can someone please tell me where to go to change how many pictures someone can post per post please?

Vbulletin Options ---> Message Posting and Editing Options ---> Maximum Images Per Post

Now. Is there a way to make admins overwrite this condition?

Just go to AdminCP>Settings>Options>Message Attachment Options

I'm pretty sure you will want to change the second permission.
