"Search tags for this page" plugin?

Tt the bottom of the page there's a section called: "Search tags for this page". What plugin do they use to capture incoming searches?

at first I thought it was this: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=234192 but it's not - I think it's something that forum foundry came up with.
