Hi there;
I have a serious issue.
Whenever I add a plugin to my forum, the content of the threads disappear.
Do you happen to know what the problem may be?
Thanks in advance...

You add *any* plugin to your site and the thread content disappears? And, usually you add a product, not a plugin - could you be uploading the wrong thing? Or, are you talking about anytime you create your own plugin it causes issues?

*Any* plugin? Just adding a plugin to your forum makes threads disappear? Do you have plugins enabled currently on your site?
So, if you add the following plugin, the thread just disappears?
hook_location - process_templates_complete
$template_hook['navbar_end'] .= '<li><a href="test.php">Test</a></li>'; And when you upgraded to vB4, did you delete all the old vB3 plugins/products first? Or did you upgrade them all after you upgraded the forum?

there is no problem when I install the plug-in you gave.
I suppose I should have said PRODUCT...
when I install products like POST THANK and VSa - Advanced Forum Statistics, the content of the thread just disappears.
and the problem is still going on.

Products are made up of several plugins and usually a template and perhaps some phrases. Are you able to add templates without threads disappearing? And how about phrases?

the problem suddenly appeared again :( I have upgraded to 4.1.8 and tried to install Chatbox Product. When I installed it, the content of the threads dispeared. Here is the screen shot.

And what happens when you turn the product off?
(That looks like you have the mobile style set to be your default instead of None.)

when I turned the product off, the problem persists but when I uninstalled, the content of the thread appears again.
BTW, I set the style default.

It sounds like a problem with that product then. I don't know how to help you with that.
