RSS Feed

So i am using an outside program, Wibiya to be exact, and I am trying to set up the "Recent Posts" toolbar option. How do I find the right RSS feed to send all new posts to that toolbar icon? I used [http://www.thecground.com/forums/external.php?lastpost=true&type=rss] but it won't show any new posts that have been made.

any ideas?
