Users cannot use/see Quick Reply

Hey, on my forum I have Quick Reply enabled.

Administrators can (naturally) see it, but we have been getting constant messages about our normal Registered Users not being able to see it, which is driving me crazy because there should be no reason why they shouldn't.

I figure no pics are really needed; I can see it, they can't.

Have you logged in as a non-admin to see if you can see it or not as a regular user?

Question 2: Your profile says you have vBulletin 4.x- is this a question about 4.x or a 3.x forum?

No, it didn't. And about a 3.x forum

Some third-party addon could be causing the problem, check what (showthread) related addons you have installed and then disable them one by one to see is there any change.

First, Disable Hooks (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php/196688-Disable-the-plugin-hook-system-globally) and see if you have the same problem. If the problem goes away it's a mod causing the issue- You can troubleshoot by disabling some until you find the culprit.

If Disabling Hooks doesn't help, got o the Style Manager. Add a new style with No Parent Style and try using that. If the problem doesn't happen with the new style there's a style problem and we can troubleshoot that.

Most likely 1 of the above should fix the problem.
