Super Sticky Threads

Some of us have 10 or more stickies in a forum, and we would still like one or 2 of those to always remain at the top. This would be called a "super sticky". Anyone want to make this?

I have a "Global Threads" mod where you can put Global Threads above Sticky Threads:
