I am assuming it has something to do with this mod I have installed to resize images in posts.

Posts 4 & 5 of that thread mention this same issue, the author is awaiting the script author to update etc. which more than likely won't happen in a timely manner so try reading this and see if it helps or steers you in the right direction ;).
