Default theme - forums not appearing

ive just installed and uninstalled TABed forum home: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=233135&page=41

i install and uninstall and reverted templates to what they were and now the forums are not loading.

i dont know what i can now any hlp please.

Checked all permissions they are fine...

Create a new style with no parent:

Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save

Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?
