Need some help

I loaded my site today and noticed that the Recent Post widget that is on my CMS Page was missing. I went to the CMS/Layout Manager/Home and it shows to be there but I cant move any of the content around. I was giong to reorginize but the layout appears to be locked.

What can I do about this?

You can't move anything or add anything in the layout manager?

Disable all Products except the vBulletin Blog and vBulletin CMS (Admin CP -> Plugins & Products -> Manage Products -> Disable) AND uncheck all the plugins except those related to the vBulletin Blog and vBulletin CMS by (Admin CP -> Plugins & Products -> Plugin Manager). You must do BOTH of those steps in order to disable all non vBulletin Modifications. Now see if you can configure layouts.

Just to clarify - I could delete and add to the section but I could not configure the layout. I followed the above steps and I still had the same issue. I took it a step further and uninstalled the 2 items I had installed (microClassifieds and PayPal Donate) and still the same issue. I can remove and add to a section but I can not configure.

What can I do now? Thanks in advance.

I would put in a support ticket about this issue.
