Hello. Links of member.php are white and they can't be displayed. How can i edit them?

The colors for the profile pages are based of of the color you specified for your Header Background. You will need to make your header background black to have text display black.

I don't know the CSS values though for you t modify it in the additional.css settings

This was a really stupid thing that IB and VB did. I had the same issue yesterday.

This is a known bug in vBulletin that SHOULD be fixed in 4.1.4 (hopefully it is this time)

@Breakpoint Thank. I have edited the links from profile designer and set as default. And the result is positive, except the links which are under the avatar.
