Torn: vBulletin Blog for 3.8.X

I really want to use this software to allow my members to create build logs for their car project. The problem is you can only get the vB4 software now from vBulletin. I don't want to use vB4, I don't like it and it doesn't fit well with my site concept.

How does one get this add-on?

I am sure it is floating around on the internet somewhere, but I don't just want to install the software and get in trouble or lose my license to vBulletin.

Anyone else run into this issue?

vBulletin Blogs are linked to a vBulletin license, I had to purchase both a blog and linked vb license to get blogs on my site...there are sites that have markets for those wanting to buy and sell....I can't remember the site I found mine on but a Google search should help you out :)
