Hide Links from Guests

Hello everyone.

I did search around and did find few mods to hide links from guests but none of them were actually doing it ..... i was still able to see links as a guest. I am running 4.1.3 any possible way to hide download links & other links from unregistered user/ guests ?????

Any help will be appreciated.
