Title tags

I'm trying to figure out how to customize my title tags for each and every one of my forums.

My homepage is by default correct, my title tags on threads are showing my thread title which is what I want, everything seems to be fine. But I want to add some more keywords into the title tag of all my forums.

I'm using VBSEO...though not sure that has any effect on this stuff.
