What Causes This?

Not long back I did an update from 3.8.6 to 4.1.3 ...

Prior to the update I had no cosmetic problems at all but after the update I noticed the below with regards to the quick reply box ...

A good friend of mine also runs a site and his looks normal while mine appears to be pushed aside & stacked ... Photo # 1 is my friends

I have made numerous adjustments with respect to monitor display settings as well as adjustments within the browser's "View" (zoom in and zoom out) and nothing changes it.

Whats funny is that there are a couple of forums where it looks normal but most of them appear to be out of whack ... Any ideas.

Not sure how exactly this is done ...

As was stated: My friends looks normal and I copied over the exact same info from
the styles manager from his to mine ... We did his site first and then updated mine.

Hmm, try searching your templates for: imagebutton
In the results, if one of those templates or css files is showing in red, compare to the original and I think you may find what you seek.
