Can somebody please tell me which mod or script is being used at THIS SITE (http://www.contractortalk.com/reviews)?

I have been looking for a good one and this one is the best I seen.

Probably jreviews. You will need joomla and jfusion for it.
If you decide to email the admin, then let me know what he replied.

He said it's all hard coded.
