Moderated users cant view profiles

I recently noticed on my forum that regular members cannot view their profiles or anyone elses while under moderation, is there any way of fixing this? Ive looked in the usergroup options and I cant find anything relating to it. If anyone could help that would be great!

Maybe "Can View Member Info" under General Permissions (when editing a user group, that is)?

Its already selected as yes, so that cant be it. They can view others profiles, just not their own.
