Chat Box / Shout Box

Hello

I would like to add a chat room / shout box to my vBulletin site.

What type of options are possible?

I would ideally like to have a new section for a chat room, where the other four options are on the top of the vBulletin site - "Home, Forum, Blogs & What's New?"

I don't have a clue how to go about this. Any advice would be very grateful..
