Problems with Picture Album Gallery

Hello! Tell me, please, what can be wrong?
I began to use Picture Album Gallery (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=237931) and get a problem.

I have vb 4.13 and vbCMPS 4.1.0. I installed Picture Album Gallery 109 and it looks and works very good, BUT only for Administrator usergroup. People from other user groups get database error #1064 when i enable "Can View Albums" for every group. Only Administrstors can view and create albums. I try to reinstall it, but always the same. When i disable vbCMPS all becomes good but i can not leave it disabled. Please help me.

Sorry for offtopic, but i must to say a few words for peoples who can get such problem about solution what i found. That was Latest or Random Album Picture vbCMPS module, which evoked database errors. When i deleted this module all permissions in user groups became OK and database erros gone.
