Failed PM email notifications

Well, I thought I did a couple searches and really didn't find anything.

Someone be so kind as to direct me or just tell me: What is the most common reason some users are not getting PM Email Notifications??

I have gotten several PMs (LOL) telling me they no longer are getting the Emails.. I assume others are affected...

I myself am receiving them but they head straight to my SPAM folder, I'm hoping others are smart enough to check that...

You've answered your own question. If you're getting them then you know that email is working, if some of your users aren't then either It's going to spam or they've not got the correct email address registered to their account on your site.
