General Purpose New Thread Button

i have searching and wondering if there's a way or mod to create a new thread button on the homepage where users can click and then decide where they want to post a new thread from a drop down menu?

can anyone point in the right direction?

Can i ask what would be the point of this mod? users can just go to the forum of their choice and create a new thread?

hi simon, an example would be a classifieds forum section that contains specific sub sections, and say if it's glorified with the use of vbadvanced modules, having a general New Thread button would will make it more convenient for users to post a thread, rather than to have to access specific sections

Awesome Simon!! It'll definitely be a mod vbulletin would benefit a lot from! Cos people these days don't tweet, instagram or upload youtube videos by going into the specific channels. They do it in the main area and then specify channel, fuss free!
