Can I use Article as separate web page in vbulletin cms?

I have no idea what you mean. Each article may be viewed as it's own page.

Sorry!

As each category contains lot many articles, I just want a page simply no category or selection from the category. A category might itself work as page.
Is it possible?

You could do that. In the article settings, you can set "to Yes and then it will show the whole article.
