Moving the Searchbar

This is the site I've been working on. As you can see I have moved the Welcome User, Logout , etc to the place where the search bar used to be. Now, what I want to do is , have a search bar to the right of the donate button. In which template do I paste the search bar codes for it to come out perfect?

The search bar should be on the right of your navtabs, did you remove the code?

I want it to be on the sub navbar.
