how i can decrease guest number

i am using vBulletin 4.1.3, In my forum i always have 200 guest and 10 members .. is it any mod or any other way to make guest into members.

Give them reasons to register. :)

If you can give them five reasons, that would get a few more members.

Ten reasons, and you will get a bit more.

Twenty, and your registrations will go through the roof.

That is a good idea. And it's something I am working on for truchristianchat.net but I'm suffering from writer's block and have been for a few days now.
