hello, when I create the themes, not let me put links or pictures, will not let me use the toolbar! Heeeeelp!

Compare the templates in your modified theme to the templates in the default theme. Somewhere in there is something you've done to break the toolbar.

With so little information from you, it's going to be hard to figure out what is going on.

You say you can't add links? Maybe a bbcode issue? check AdminCP > Settings > Options > bbcode settings

Or, check your usergroup settings also.

And, check maintenance > diagnostics > upload and see what it reports there.

I don't know what else to suggest since you have no provided much information for us to try to help you.
