Changing my own user name?

I can change everyone's user name but my own. It tells me I cannot change my own User ID, I had another member with administration priviledges change my User ID and vBulletin wouldn't let them change my User ID either? How is this accompolished?

If you are userid 1, I don't see how you can change it. You can also check this setting in the config.php file and see if your userid is there:
