CAPS problem making my forum look bad !

Hi

Many of my users are using full capital titles for threads.

eg. Like this [ WELCOME TO MY FORUM ]

I don't want to see every single word in capital. Its not nice to see at all..

Instead eg. Like this [ Welcome To My Forum ]

I want automatically to be converted like this. When users use full cap title
it should chage to what I like. Please help me. Its possible. Last time I did it.
But I totally forgot how to do it.

There's a "Prevent 'SHOUTING'" option under "Message Posting and Editing Options".

Yes I got it.. But the current value is 0. What is the right value to enter ?

Mine is set to 3, I guess that's the default.

0 disables features. Set it to 2 or 3.
