postbit_legacy not working

I have selected Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template in Options --> Style & Language Settings my forum is still using the non legacy postbit template. Is there something else I can check?

My forum version is 4.10 p2

Are you using the default vbulletin style? If you are using a custom style, it could be the designed made it so the postbit and postbit_legacy templates are the same and so you can't choose.
