Looking For "Strike Through" Banned User Name

I'm looking for the mod where, when you've banned a member, there's a strike through the name for 3.8. I've searched everywhere but I can't remember what it's called.

I don't know about any mods, but maybe you could just edit the "Banned Users" group and add HTML Markup for line-through, like

<span style="text-decoration: line-through;"> and </span>
