Replacing Profile ID With Member Name

I saw it on Some vbulletin Forums as the Default Profile Link is Like this
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/member.php?u=165545
But see on this forum Profile ID is Replaced with Member Name.
http://crackingforum.com/members/marno1.html
Can any one tell me How to Do it!!
